This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-11-00030 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effects through FAC 2005-31, dated 19-MAR-2009. Delivery to Philadelphia Regional Office. Acceptance at same location. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vender registration form.
