Through this RFQ, MTC shall create a pre-qualified bench of consultants (“Bench”) from which MTC may contract on a per-project basis to provide translation services, interpreter services and ASL interpreter services. Consultants may apply to be approved for any one or more of the following service categories on the Bench: A. Translation services for the diverse written languages throughout the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area, including, but not limited to, Spanish, Chinese (traditional and simplified characters), Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Persian, French, and Japanese; and/or B. Interpreter services for the diverse languages spoken throughout the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area, including, but not limited to, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Persian, French, and Japanese; and/or C. ASL interpreter services Consultants may submit proposals for consideration for a single type of service, single task type, or any combination of services or tasks.
