Item is not Critical Safety as verified on September 18, 2018; neither is commercial item.  Item is export controlled.  Item is in accordance with CAGE 77272, Boeing Company Part Numbers - 901-947-756-327/427 requirements.

Request delivery objective is 390 days total for the followings: 30 days for Contractor First Article Testing on 1 units; 90 days for Government Test/Eval with remaining 270 days after received order for production.  Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.  Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
