This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (18-239-SOL-00083) for Trauma Strechers (4 Each) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and 25 U.S.C 47 the Buy Indian Act as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and offers are being requested. The Indian Health Service (IHS) Intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation documents & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 / 01/24/2018.
Set-Aside:
This is set-aside 100% for Small Business Indian Economic Enterprise.
Payment Terms: Net 15, in arrears

Basis of Award: Lowest price technically acceptable.
