Non-Mandatory PreBid Conference Thursday, August 24, 2023 @ 10:00 A.M. Question Deadline: Thursday, August 31, 2023 @ 12:00 P.M. Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Fayetteville, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City of Fayetteville, Georgia’s “TRAVIS ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to traffic control, grading, demolition of existing sidewalk/curb and gutter/pavement, installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalks, pavers, stormwater drainage structures and pipes, pavement, lighting, various amenities and landscape in accordance with the Contract Documents for the City of Fayetteville’s “TRAVIS ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS” project. Bidders must possess and mark the outside of sealed bids with a current Georgia Contractors License Number. Copies of the Contract Drawings, Documents and Technical Specifications may be obtained by request.
