The United States Department of the Treasury is conducting market research to determine feasibility for a potential procurement requirement. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from industry contractors regarding their interest, capabilities, and recommendations in general regarding manpower/labor support for obtaining daily data and characteristics data for U.S. Treasury marketable securities to be used to compute Treasury yield curves. The contractor must provide current daily files containing prices and par amounts outstanding for all Treasury securities. Also, the contractor must provide continuous access to data on characteristics for all Treasury securities.
