The Treasury Branch, Air Force Personnel Center, Directorate of Financial Management, Nonappropriated Funds Division (AFPC/FMN), is seeking information on Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - grade industry standard core Treasury management (in-house banking) software/system technical solutions available to support Treasury management and in-house banking operations. This request is strictly a mechanism for gathering information, and will not constitute a procurement process.
To aide in providing a response to this RFI, we have included information about the Directorate of Financial Management/Nonappropriated Funds Division operational environment in the attached document titled Treasury Management Attachment 1, dated 26 July 2013.
Respondent's Replies to RFI:
Vendors are requested to use Electronic submissions only. Microsoft word or PDF files will be the only acceptable formats for responses.
All responses should be consistant with instructions in attached document.
AFPC will not provide reimbursement for any expenses incurred in connection to this RFI including cost of preparing a response, providing any additional information or preparing/presenting a demonstration.
