The Regional Health Contracting Office Pacific at Fort Shafter, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, non-personal services contract for Tricare Referral Liaison services for the 51st Medical Group located on Osan Air Base in South Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance on or around 25 September 2021 – 24 March 2022 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods and FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
Required qualifications for Tricare Referral Liaison services includes but is not limited to:
- Degree: The contractor shall submit official transcripts indicating completion of a four (4) year degree in medical clinical fields (i.e. Nursing), Hospital/Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: The contractor shall submit a current, full, active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse from a US Jurisdiction. The contractor must maintain current certification in either the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) (Course C) or the American Red Cross CPR/BLS Course.
- Experience: The contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years providing service in Referral Management, Hospital Administration or Healthcare Administration. The contractor shall have experience reviewing, interpreting and processing patient information in CHCS/AHLTA and/or other military Electronic Health System software. The contractor shall have experience in medical customer service and/or liaising with providers, with patients and with other facilities.
- The contractor shall have three (3) years working experience in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) or equivalent treatment facility.
- The contractor shall have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Korean languages, orally and written.
The proposed acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621399 and the annual size standard is $8.0 M. The solicitation will be available on the beta SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or around 8 July 2021. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
