The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Hart-Hanks Inc. for the renewal of its Trillium annual software maintenance. The period of performance is for twelve months. Trillium software is used at PBGC for management data review and reliability within the Enterprise Architecture element. This data review is critical to the reliability of current data and the future tracking and integration of data. This maintenance support will ensure PBGC meets software compliance requirements and meets critical corporate strategic and business objectives.

This renewal is being made as sole source procurement to allow compatibility with existing systems used by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
