TRIMBLE R8s GNSS RTK ROVER to Monday, November 2, 2020 at 3:00 PM TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN INVITATION TO BID TRIMBLE R8s GNSS RTK ROVER The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting bids for the purchase of a Trimble R8s GNSS RTK Rover including all required software with associated support, setup and training. Sealed bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM, NOVEMBER 2, 2020 at the Town Clerk’s Office, 4540 South County Trail, Charlestown, RI. 02813. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the lower left hand corner TRIMBLE R8S GNSS RTK ROVER. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office during the hours of 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The bid will be awarded by the evaluated method. Evaluation will be on the basis of quality, cost, adherence or improvement to specification, demonstrated reputation of the manufacturer/bidder and other criteria the Town Council considers relevant.
