THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

This synopsis/solicitation 1305M219QNCNT0217 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service, Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS), has a requirement for the Trimble SX10 Scanning Total Station, accessories, software, and training in accordance with the attached schedule. Delivery shall be FOB Destination on or before August 15, 2019 to CO-OPS Field Operations Division, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
