The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1.   This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only; the proposed contract action is made under the terms of an existing contract that was previously synopsized in SPM7L1-09-R-006.
