The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1.  This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only; the proposed contract action is made under the terms of an existing contract that was previously synopsized in SPM7L1-08-R-0006.

Further determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
