This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of the NASA Launch Services Program (LSP) Integration & Launch of TROPICS Pathfinder requirement prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Details regarding this solicitation are included in the attachments to this announcement.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), number 80KSC020Q0011, under Acquisition of Commercial Items (FAR Part 12) and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), as appropriate for this acquisition. The RFQ provides for the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.

All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the agency. Any award made from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete the Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at www.sam.gov.

The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-06-2020.

Delivery is FOB Destination.

This Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard for this requirement are 481212 and 1500, respectively.

The proposal due date is June 17, 2020 at 3:00PM eastern time (ET). Details regarding proposal submission and award selection are provided in the solicitation.
