This synopsis covers a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside acquisition of the Trousers, Extreme Cold/Wet Weather (Gen III) NSN: 8415-01-641-1787(s), PGC: 04052. This is an IDTC acquisition with a base year and two (2) option years. The quantities for the Trousers, Extreme Cold/Wet Weather (Gen III) on the base term will be 7,500 each minimum and 37,500 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 30,000. The quantities for each option term will be 7,500 each minimum and 37,500 each (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity of 30,000. The Trousers, Extreme Cold/Wet Weather (Gen III), SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH GL/PD 06-17D dated 19 August 2016; pattern dated 24 August 2010. The Trousers, Extreme Cold/Wet Weather (Gen III) is considered military unique. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Offerors are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). Evaluation will consist to PDM, Past Performance, and price. Anticipated issuance will be in November 2018. Production Lead Time is 150 days for initial order and 120 days for subsequent orders. Deliveries are FOB Destination to AUSTIN, TX 78744, PENDERGRASS, GA 30657, and LANSING, MI 48906. All responsible sources may submit offers which DLA Troop Support shall consider.
