The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) is the accrediting body that holds the TTB's current accreditation certificate. No other vendor can provide these accreditation's for the laboratories as A2LA holds the accreditation certificates. This is a re-assessment year for TTB's existing accreditation for both Labs.

No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by February 6, 2013 by 2:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to [email protected], Attention B. Cooper/S. Pottmeyer.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
