The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for education tuition expenses at the Antilles School, Inc. in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands for the anticipated period of August 26, 2013 - May 29, 2014. The school shall provide an educational curriculum to include grades kindergarten through 7th. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Antilles School in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Antilles School is the only school near the Fort Buchanan Military Base that is an approved school for family members of Federal Employees. The attached clauses are applicable to this requirement. A Sole Source Justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quote which will be evaluated. All respondents will be considered. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than August 22, 2013 at 11:00am EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
