The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for education tuition expenses at The Palmas Academy in Humacao, PR for the anticipated period August 10, 2012- May 25, 2013.The school shall provide an educational curriculum for grades 4,7,8,and 9 for one student per grade.

The government intends to award a sole source purchase order to The Palmas Academy in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The attached clause are applicable to this requirement. Sole Source Justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quote which will be evaluated. All respondents will be considered by this agency. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than April 18, 2012 at 4:00 pm EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
