Sole Source determination is based on the need for the Tunable Laser Diode System that is capable in providing both a Pound-Drever-Hall lock and a side lock that will be used to lock into a Fabry-Perot cavity, for precision length measurements. The System shall be compatible with existing Toptica's components. Toptica Photonics is the only vendor capable in providing the Tunable Laser Diode System
