This Solicitation Amendment 02 serves to notify vendors that the anticipated contract will be a DO-rated order. As such, when the Contractor accepts the contract, the Contractor agrees to prioritize the contract over ALL other non-rated orders. By signing the contract, the Contractor agrees that DO-rated contracts take precedence over ALL other commercial orders. The Contractor shall also understand that it will be required to schedule its production or operations -- including the acquisition of all needed production items -- to satisfy the delivery requirements of the anticipated contract. Furthermore, the Contractor shall understand that it is required to reschedule unrated orders if they conflict with performance against a rated order.
