Reference the Pre-Solicitation Notice for Tungsten Powder under Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number W52P1J-22-Q-3063, published 18 August 2022.

Army Contracting Command- Rock Island was assigned a new DoDAAC -- W519TC -- effective fiscal year (FY) 2023.  This procurement action began prior to implementation of the new DoDAAC.  Therefore, the legacy RFQ Number for this action is W52P1J-22-Q-3063 and the RFQ Number reflecting the revised DoDAAC is W519TC-23-Q-2005.

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325180 - Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing.

Requirement is 37,000 pounds of Tungsten Metal Powder under a firm-fixed-price stand-alone contract with no option provision to procure additional quantities.

Interested sources must be able to supply the required product in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.225-7052 and Army Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (AFARS) 252.225-7003 and AFARS 252.225-7008.

This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
