300 Seal Branch CA 90740, USA. The Sole Source purchase will be for supplies to repair a laser marking system

The items and services to be provided are commercial, according to FAR 2.101 and described below.

Description of Requirement: This requirement is for the contractor is for the refurbishment of a cryogenic turbo expander
Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the items above. If the office has not received any affirmative written responses by 0300AM Eastern Standard Time,17 June 2014, a Sole Source purchase order will be pursued with Cosmodyne LLC.
