Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the minimum requirements' specifications and extend the due date for quotation:

Minimum requirements specifications are hereby revised as follow:

From:

CLN 0002 specification five (5): Shall have an ultimate pressure of 5 x 10-10 Torr or lower.

To:

CLN 0002 specification five (5): Shall have an ultimate pressure less than 1 x 10-7 torr in consideration of the elastomer O-ring seal.

From:

CLN 0003 specifications one (1): Shall have a nominal pumping speed between 50 L/s and 100 L/s for nitrogen.

To:

CLN 0003 specifications one (1): Shall have a nominal pumping speed between 30 L/s and 50 L/s for nitrogen.

The due date for quotations is hereby extended to: July 28, 2017 by 11:59 pm eastern.

All other terms remain unchanged.
