The Government intends to issue a modification to the AM General (34623) long-term contract SPE7LX15D0055 to add NSN 2950014398169 in accordance with the price-pending terms of the contract.  This NSN has AM General (34623) as the sole approved source and the approved part numbers are 5714646 and GEP-12553949.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact for consideration.  All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars.  Specifications, plans or drawings are NOT available on these NSNs.  This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).
