STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF ITAWAMBA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Itawamba County, Mississippi, will accept UN-PRICED BID PROPOSALS to arrive on or before 5:00 p.m. on September 28, 2022 ,for a turnkey elections system which will include twenty-seven or more precinct scanners, twenty-seven ballot marking devices, ballot on demand with hardware and software with color printer with firmware, and five year hardware warranty and necessary accessories for all including ADA accessories, elections reporting software, implementation services, including training and testing, hardware and software warranty, supporting maintenance and post warranty maintenance and support, according to specification on file with the Itawamba County Chancery Clerk and online at www.centralbidding.com. Proposals should be submitted by electronic bid submission at www.centralbidding.com. Notice is further given that the Itawamba County Board of Supervisors will at www.centralbidding.com. At 10:00 a.m. DST and ending at approximately 10:30 a.m. unless extended by Anti-Bid Sniping on October 10, 2022, accept electronic bids through a reverse auction for a turnkey elections system which will include twenty-seven or more precinct scanners, twenty-five ballot marking devices, ballot on demand with hardware and software with color printer with firmware, and five year hardware warranty and necessary accessories for all including ADA accessories, elections reporting software, implementation services, including training and testing, hardware and software warranty, supporting maintenance and post-warranty maintenance and support, according to specifications on file with the Itawamba County Chancery Clerk and online at www.centralbidding.com.
