The following action is to be completed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) for two Lode Corival CPET Ergometers, Brand Name Only; with associated Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs)/salient characteristics found in the solicitation. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by USAMRAA, Fort Detrick, MD and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2019-03 which is effective 12 July 2019. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) includes all FACs through 2019-03. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2019, designation of FACs was changed to reflect the fiscal year in the first four digits and the sequence of the issued circular in the last two digits.
