82d Contracting Squadron, 136 K Ave, Ste 1, Sheppard AFB TX 76311 will issue a solicitation request for an Aerobics Instruction Concessionaire Agreement for a base year plus four 1 year options. The service will require the instruction of various aerobics classes on Sheppard AFB. More details will be outlined in the Solicitation. The resulting award will be a concessionaire agreement with a fixed $3.00 per class or $25.00 per month fee charged to the military member for the classes. The prospective offeror's will be competing the percent of the set fees they are willing to return to the NAF.
