It is the intent of the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This agency intends to award a contract for the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training (AFJROTC) Honors camp to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). ERAU is the only facility/organization that can meet the goals and needs of the AFJROTC Honors Camp. The period of performance is June 15-20, 2003. Please contact Lt.
