The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) requires services for AOE-Business Management Technology Instructor. These services are to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Elkton), located in Elkton, Ohio. The contractor will provide a curriculum that leads to a one year certificate in Business Management Technology. The contractor will teach and manage Business Management Technology Program courses. These lower-level college courses will include such subject matter as written and oral communication, management skills, accounting, marketing, economics and technical courses. Various teaching methods and styles may be utilized to meet the varied needs of individual students as well as to meet specific course requirements. It is anticipated that enrollment will range from a minimum of 12 students to a maximum of 30 students per class. The services will be performed inside the secure perimeter of the institution. The performance period will be from date of award through 12 months. In addition, four one-year options are included. A security investigation / clearance is required.
