This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an quote. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M62613-14-T-0064 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after August 25, 2014. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is U006 and the NAICS code is 611519.

The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability and Price.
All services, as annotated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), awarded as a result of this RFQ are expected to commence no later than the date specified in the contract award and the SOW. Award will be made in aggregate. Therefore, any quote received without all services priced, as annotated in the attached SOW, will be excluded from competition. It is the quoterââ¬â¢s responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the quoted services. Therefore, the quoter shall submit all technical information pertaining to their quoted services in order for the Government to determine technical acceptability.
Quoters are instructed to completely fill out the attached ââ¬Åcoversheetââ¬ï¿½ and ââ¬ÅVender Informationââ¬ï¿½ and return them along with your quote.
Failure to provide the required information and attachment may result in your quote being considered non-responsive by the Government.The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.
