The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through the Program Support Center, intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition to the Community Anti Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). CADCA organizes an interactive, workshop-oriented Forum each year to bring together the nation’s community anti-drug coalitions, State leaders, Federal representatives and experts throughout the country in the field of substance abuse prevention. This forum is designed to exchange knowledge and information about what is working in substance abuse prevention. The conference will be held January 11-13, 2005. While this is a CADCA organized Forum, SAMHSA will be co-sponsoring this event to send numerous attendees and expert consultants to this conference for their needed participation.
