The 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Center (RCC) intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on a sole-source basis to STW 911 Self Defense Inc.- Krav Maga Worldwide, Inc. 100 Crossroads Blvd, San Antonio, Texas 78201-6538, which is within close proximity to Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234.

The BPA is for services that will provide Captivity Avoidance/ Anti-Terrorism Training, which includes having certified Krav Maga training. Along with the training a customized facility will be used to conduct all phases of the specialized training.

This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed action is for services for which the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy the agency's requirement. The 410th CSB, RCC prepared a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition to support this acquisition.

No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received within five (5) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
