The Department of Operations Research (OR) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has an immediate requirement for contractual services from an experienced instructor to deliver one section of OS 3640 Framework for Countering Improvised Explosive Devices in the spring quarter of 2013. Instruction is to be for duration of 6 weeks, April 1, 2013 through May 10, 2013. The contactor is expected to support the students through the end of the spring quarter.
