Notice of Intent to Sole Source FEAC Certification Program Solicitation Number: VA701-12-I-0439 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity - Central intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the FEAC Institute for the purchase of placing two (2) employees in the education and training program for Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification (FEAC). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
