The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with FEAC Insitutue, Inc. ; to provide two BA employee professional Enterprise Architecture education, training and certification to the Commercial/Private, Civilian Government, and Department of Defense sectors through hands-on projects using an assortment of frameworks and methodologies. The FEAC classes are an established commercial product, and is used. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $11 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
