The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with FEAC Institute Inc, 420 Euille Street, Alexandria, VA for Federated Enterprise Architecture Certification (FEAC) Institute Black Belt Courses for two VA employees to obtain enterprise architecture training and certification. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
