The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 intends to issue a single-source procurement action to President & Fellows of Harvard College, d/b/a Harvard Medical School for tuition and fees for mandatory training for members of VA Geriatric Scholars Program, as part of the VA Geriatric Research Education Clinical Centers (GRECC). Period of Performance: March 3, 2017 March 7, 2017. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 611310 with a business size standard of $27.5M. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This is a notice of intent to award a single-source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the single source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firm's ability to provide an equivalent service as described above.
