The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the Office of Personnel Management Center for Leadership Development, Eastern Management Development Center, 239 Lowe Drive, Shepherdstown, WV 25443 for the course titled, "Supervisory Development Seminar Week 1: Fundamentals." This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
