This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with provisions and clauses applicable through 9-17-04. Supplies/services requested include: 1) Knowledge Database access to areas, such as: a) Emerging Generation Technology, b) Environmental Strategies, c) Mexico Energy, d) Southern Cone Energy, e) E&P Strategies, f) Russia and Caspian Energy, g) Global Oil; 2) Executive Conference seats; 3) Access to conference calls regarding the database; and 4) Limited access to related research experts. Information shall be submitted to USAID, Ronald Reagan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, EGAT/NRM/LRM, Room 2.11-091, Washington, D.C. 20523.
