NASA/LaRC has a requirement for On-Site Training on the MTS FlexTest GT - FlexTest SE Operations, which introduces the basic operating principles of the digitally controlled servohydraulic test system. NASA/LaRC intends to purchase the onsite training from MTS Systems Corporation, which built the Government-owned systems and is the only source available for training on these systems. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
