This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order for a base plus one option year to the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, Inc., 3 Barker Avenue, Suite 300, White Plains, NY 10601, for services to conduct foreign language oral proficiency interviews for the International Intellectual Development Division, U.S. Military Academy. The total award amount is estimated to be $88,500. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 611710 and the size standard is $7M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
