The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with The University of Alabama to implement and evaluate Psychoeducation Responsive to Families (PERF) for families with a member with serious mental illness within the Tuscaloosa VA and study the translation process as PERF is implemented to help guide dissemination efforts for the PERF model within the VA Southeast Network. The NAICS code is 611310 and size standard is $7.0 million. The contract period will be from February 01, 2009 through January 31, 2010 with two option period.
