Pilates Instructional Classes: Pilates instructor to conduct classes that focus on lengthening and straightening the spine, strengthening of abdominal and back muscles, balanced use of all the muscles, flexibility, and joint mobility. Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday 1100 to 1200, and 1700 to 1800 hours at Building #340. Performance period of from 1 OCT 05 thru 30 SEP 06, and two option years. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
