STATEMENT OF WORK LEASE OF STORAGE TENT The contractor shall provide one each storage tent, exact dimensions to be 10 x 24 meters. Tent is to be made of durable material with solid side walls and three (3) doors 2 x 2 mtr. Vendor shall provide 2 ea Master Keys for the doors. All doors must have identical keys. Roof material shall be black colored. Tent shall include a wooden floor, covered with appr. 240 sqm carpet, adquate ceiling lighting throughout Tent, and elecrical power. Tent shall be windproof with adequate water drainage to lead rainwater away from exterior walls. The contractor shall provide 1 ea Air Conditioning System and 1 ea Oil Heating System with 1000 ltr Oil tank incl. The first 1000 ltr. Oil. Contract shall include all transportation to/from site, all installation/reinstallation, all labor and material for set up and removal at 66877 Ram stein Flugplatz near Bldg 93. Tent must be erected on a 150 cm high Pedestal with 2 ea stairways. Performance period is 1 Oct 05 thru 31 Mar 06.
