This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The US Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville has a requirement to teach dive-related courses through the US Army Corp of Engineers Learning Center (ULC). The required courses are as follows:

Working Diver (Course 035)
Diving Refresher (Course 259)
Dive Safety Administration (Course 175)
Dive Safety Administration Refresher (Course 397)

This is a small business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ is attached in its entirety.

The RFQ is hereby amended to extend the response date to 24 April 2014. The RFQ amendment 0001 is attached in its entirety.
