In accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) in order to participate in the 2011 Annual Conference and recruiting event. The 2011 SWE conference has been identified by the NAVSEA Enterprise Talent Management office as a high visibility event that aligns with the NAVSEA mission statement. This event is sponsored by one organization, and therefore can only be provided by one organization. The event will provide a unique opportunity to enhance potential candidates knowledge of NAVSEA and market its high potential carrer possibilities. (see numbered note 22)
