This is a pre-solicitation notice for Survival Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. Services include, but are not limited to, Survival and Evasion Academics, Field Training, Resistance Training Academics, Resistance Training Laboratory, and administrative support services. The contractor shall provide all personnel required to conduct, support, and supplement SERE training at Fairchild AFB, the Survival School Remote Training Sites, or at other training locations located in WA, OR, or ID. This acquisition will be solicited as a Request For Proposal, source selection to be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. A Firm Fixed Price, Requirement type contract will result from this solicitation. Estimated Request for Proposal Issue Date: 15 April 2005. Estimated Proposal Closing Date: 16 May 2005. This will be an electronic solicitation release. There is a site visit estimated for 28 April 2005 at Fairchild AFB, WA. No hard copies will be mailed.
