The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to The Gallup Organization for up to 376 Clifton Strengthfinders/web-based Assessments or equivalent.

Quotes are being requested for offorors that can provide commercially available Strengthfinders/web-based Assessments with focus on identification and development of individual strengths within the organization. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.

The U.S. Engineering Support Center Huntsville, Huntsville AL intends to execute a sole source purchase order for a quantity up to 376 Clifton Strengthfinders/web-based assessments with The Gallup Organization.

" The assessments must be web-assessable from any computer NLT 1 Nov 2011

" Protect personal data

" Offered in segments over a period of 12 months (1 Oct 2010 to 30 Sep 2011).

" Upon completion a copy of the assessment the designated students/participants must be able to downloadable/print their individual assessment

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to the firm/company stated above; however, any firm/company interested in this order may submit a quote which includes a brief statement of their interest and qualifications (to include CAGE Code, Tax ID, DUNS Number, GS Contract # if any, and be CCR Registered) along with a detailed cost, on-line availability date, address security measures/compliance to protect personal data, and if necessary, any proprietary right or copyright concern.
