The major learning points of the program help to:o Identify and understand the early warning signs of abusive relationships. o Define sexual assault. o Provide a unique and creative approach to educating audiences about violence against women. o Discuss the role of alcohol/drugs in sexual assault and understand what constitutes consent. o Understand the important role that bystanders play in prevention and in establishing cultural norms. The statutory authority for this sole source purchase is FAR Part 6.302-1; Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). The applicable NAICS code is 611710 which has a size standard of $6.5 million.
