The VISN 22 Network Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements with California Association of Long Term Care Medicine (CALTCM), 10945 Le Conte Ave, STE 2339, Los Angeles, CA 90095-3000. The NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training with a size standard of $11.0 million. CALTCM shall provide VA workforce an annual two-day Geriatric Conference: Leadership and Management in Geriatric (LMG), in Carlsbad, CA for the Greater Los Angeles (GLA) Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) located at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. The Contractor shall provide all necessary and appropriate resources necessary to perform the services requested herein. The Contractor shall provide and present VA clinicians and staff its Annual Leadership & Management in Geriatrics conference. This two-day conference affords participants the opportunity to spend time in an intensive and highly interactive setting with leaders in the field of geriatric medical management. The conference provides opportunity for participants to work in small collaborative groups with a faculty mentor to develop and implement an action plan for a worksite-specific quality improvement management/leadership challenge Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone, email address, and a point of contact.
